"Thank You" Trailer

I created the official 10th anniversary trailer for Asphalt 8: Airborne, a project designed to celebrate a decade of the game's history and express gratitude to its dedicated community. The film was a nostalgic journey, reliving the key moments and landmark updates of Asphalt 8's evolution through a series of dynamic, high-energy action sequences.

The trailer chronicles the game's progression, featuring iconic cars and locations that defined each era of its ten-year run. As a special tribute, I recreated the classic Asphalt 8 launch intro from the game's very first advertisement - a subtle Easter egg for long-time fans. The narrative culminates in a celebratory finale that teases a secret, upcoming in-game avatar, a surprise intended to generate excitement among loyal players. The video was a central asset for the "Update 63" anniversary campaign, which also introduced new features like animated decals and expanded avatar customization.

The project was executed in Unreal Engine, utilizing a combination of in-game vehicle models and avatars, stock environmental assets, and some additional 3D modeling that I personally completed. My role was to weave these elements into a cohesive and sentimental story that would honor the game's legacy and thank the fans for their unwavering support, perfectly captured by the trailer's heartfelt sign-off: "Thank you for the memories."
