Asphalt 8 • Anniversary X Season Launch

To celebrate the 10th anniversary of Asphalt 8, I created a dynamic trailer for the "Anniversary X Season" update. This significant event introduced female avatars to the game for the first time.

Drawing inspiration from the high-energy aesthetic of K-POP music videos, I designed a trailer that positioned the new female racers as the central feature. The concept was built around a tandem of fluid, powerful femininity and the raw power of the game's top-tier vehicles. The video features the new avatars interacting with and posing on the cars in a stylish, music-video-driven format.

My role was to bring this concept to life. I assembled the scenes, directed and animated the characters, and choreographed their poses in striking compositions alongside the vehicles. I then edited the final cut, ensuring every moment was punchy and perfectly synchronized to the beat. This unconventional, character-forward approach brought a fresh and modern angle to Asphalt's marketing, successfully launching one of the most significant updates in the game's history.
